The so-called “witch’s chin,” a condition in which the chin appears excessively elongated, pointed, or pulled downward when smiling, is not merely a cosmetic concern. In many cases, it originates from abnormal tension and misalignment of the mentalis (chin) muscle. SIDE PROFILE

From the side profile,

the nasal hump was smoothed out. Especially, it was designed to make a balance of the nasal tip, lips, and chin tip.

In addition, the surgery was performed by reducing the mandibular angle and the 45-degree of the high cheekbone and at the same time to make the side profile smaller.

To make a more defined jawline, facial liposuction was performed together.
